Dear Participants,
Pursuant to Section 11.13 of the Participants’ Rules for Retail Payment Services, we kindly request all Participants to submit the necessary information related to the latest updates on the go-live status of various PayNet Products as of 31 December 2024. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to ensuring timely delivery and operational readiness across all offering.
Participants are required to update the status of the following Products that are publicly available and live.
- Questionnaire for NAD, DuitNow Transfer, and DuitNow QR; and
- Questionnaire for DOBW, DuitNow Request, and DNAD.
Please ensure that all submissions are finalized within thirty (30) days from the issuance date of this Circular, with the submission deadline set for 3 January 2025.
We wish to emphasize that the timely provision of this information is crucial. Failure to submit the required updates within the specific timeframe may result in actions being taken in accordance with the Participants Rules.
