Dear Participants,

Reference is made to the above subject matter.

In line with the updates shared during PayNet’s Engagement Forum (PEF) held 17 July-2024, we would like to provide additional updates pertaining to MyDebit Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Mobile Wallet Enablement initiative as follows:

1. As communicated in the previous circular issued to all MyDebit Acquirers on 28 May-2024 (REF:PN/PRD/OEM/2024/001) with the subject “MyDebit OEM Mobile Payment Initiative for Acquirers & Terminals”, we have extended the implementation date from 15 Dec-2024 to 31 May 2025 for all MyDebit Acquirers to ensure the enablement of the following:
   1.  All existing, newly installed, upgraded or replacement of POS terminals to support Consumer Device Cardholder Verification Method (CDCVM) / On Device Cardholder Verification Method (ODCVM) for MyDebit OEM Wallet Card-Present (CP) transactions.
   2. All Acquirers’ hosts to support MyDebit OEM Wallet CP and eCommerce transactions. These implementations are necessary as we strive to innovate our ecosystem. PayNet is dedicated to providing full support to help Acquirers meet the required timeline.

   Please be reminded that based on the Participation Rules, PayNet may impose penalties on the Acquirers for any non-compliance.

2. To enable and support MyDebit OEM Mobile Payment initiative, we have included new requirements in the following Operational Procedures (OP) and Overlay Service Procedures (OSP):
   1. OP for MyDebit
   2. OSP for MyDebit Secure
   3. OSP for PayNet Tokenisation

1. Please refer to the proposed revision details as per the attached document and kindly provide your feedback regarding the proposed OP and OSP revisions as per the attached form.
