Dear Valued Participants,

The Real-time Retail Payments Platform (RPP) Non-Bank Participant Category will be expanded to include "Entities Regulated by a Competent Regulatory Authority" effective 15 September 2024.

This important change aims to enhance inclusivity within the RPP ecosystem, allowing competition and promoting development in the digital payments landscape. 

The Operational Procedures (OP) for RPP will be updated to reflect this expansion upon its next version release. Detailed information of the OP amendment can be found in Appendix 1.
