Dear Participants,
Please be advised that a new module has been introduced in the One Stop Portal (OSP) for the Risk and Compliance Division of PayNet, depicted in Appendix I. This module will centralize all report submissions from the year 2024 onwards.
All report submissions for products and services related to the Risk and Compliance Division of PayNet should be made through the OSP. The list of key reports along with the effective date of the report submission via the OSP is as per Appendix II of this circular.
Participants subscribed to our products and services are reminded that, while we highly encourage the usage of the OSP for report submission, we acknowledge that some of you may still be adapting to this system. During this transition phase, we will consider accepting email submissions on a case-by-case basis to ensure a smooth adjustment. However, we advocate using the OSP for all forthcoming submissions to make the process more efficient.
To facilitate a smooth transition of the process, Compliance Department of PayNet will send subsequent emails to the Compliance Officers and Internal Auditors of PayNet’s Participants regarding the following.
- registration instructions for the Report Module (it is important to note that the completion of the registration is essential to ensure the seamless submission of all relevant reports)
- a walkthrough session that will be conducted to assist you in utilising the OSP platform efficiently
All BCM and Non-Bank Participants had been informed of the above.
Participants will be communicated via e-mail, should there be any unforeseen events during the transition.
If you need additional information, feel free to reach out to anyone in the Risk and Compliance Division or
through the group emails provided:
- Compliance Department (compliance@paynet.my)
- Risk Department (tpa.risk@paynet.my)
- BCM Department (bcm@paynet.my)
