Dear RPP Participants,
Reference is made to the syndication with Cross-Border QR participants from 7th June 2024 to 17th July 2024, we are pleased to inform that the SLA for dispute resolution has been revised from 10 business days to 30 business days. In addition, a new dispute resolution process for cross-border QR transactions has been established.
The extended SLA allows various participants additional time to conduct thorough investigations before reaching a resolution, ensuring greater clarity and alignment on the respective SLAs throughout the dispute process.
These changes will take effect on 15th September 2024 and will be incorporated into the next release of the Overlay Service Procedure for Cross-Border QR. Detailed information on the amendments can be found in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2.
We kindly request your cooperation in communicating this information to your respective teams. For any further inquiries, please contact PayNet Partner team at rpp@paynet.my.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Chua E Long
Chief Operating Officer
